Anixi Health is building the infrastructure to close that gap.
Anixi is creating Africa’s AI-powered Health Intelligence Ecosystem, connecting patients, doctors, pharmacies, health providers and partners into one continuous care network.
Since launching our MVP in mid-January 2026, the platform has already onboarded over 1,000 users, 15 medical practitioners and 3 pharmacies, demonstrating early demand for a more connected healthcare system.
Patients use Anixi to track health signals, access clinicians, join disease communities and interact with services through an integrated health marketplace. Providers gain structured visibility into patient behaviour and health patterns between consultations, enabling more informed clinical decisions.
At the centre of the ecosystem is Ayah, Anixi’s AI intelligence layer. Ayah serves the entire healthcare ecosystem, helping patients navigate daily health decisions, assisting clinicians with contextual patient insights, supporting pharmacies and service providers with coordinated care interactions, and enabling the broader healthcare network to act on real-world health intelligence.
Instead of treating healthcare as isolated services, Anixi approaches it as a connected health value chain, where insights generated across the ecosystem translate into coordinated care actions.
Our initial focus is on cancer, diabetes and cardiovascular disease, three of the most prevalent and costly chronic conditions globally.
We are launching in South Africa and Morocco, with a long-term vision to scale across Africa and build the digital intelligence infrastructure powering chronic disease management across emerging markets.
