Axion Lab is an AI-native due diligence platform for European private markets. We focus on helping deal teams verify sustainability (ESG) and commercial claims in vendor due diligence reports — automatically, with every finding traced back to source documents.
Axion Lab structures fragmented inputs from data rooms into investment-committee-ready insights across seven ESG workstreams: Governance & Compliance; People & Organisation; Health & Safety; Climate & Energy Transition; Environment; IT, Cybersecurity & Data; and Supply Chain. We complement — not replace — advisors by flagging contradictions across workstreams, quantifying risks in deal terms (EBITDA impact, escrow requirements, 100-day priorities), and identifying blind spots that lead to mispricing.
We are a Luxembourg-based company (SARL) at pre-seed stage, founded by two partners with direct private markets advisory experience and deep expertise in applied AI technologies.
