IT’S UP TO YOU provides interactive immersive simulation trainings for organizations to create safer & inclusive workplaces at scale. Using experiential learning, employees experiment with fictional office situations by acting as the main character and experiencing the consequences of their actions. Afterwards, they participate in a group-based workshop to agree on concrete behaviors and initiatives that drive measurable change across all organizational levels.
