The European Commission's presence at NEXUS is led by the European Commission Representation in Luxembourg. We:
- connect and engage with national, regional and local authorities and economic, social and civic stakeholders
- organise visits of the EC President and the Commissioners
- provide the EC policy departments with political and economic information and analysis from Luxembourg
- maintain press/media relations
- communicate to various audiences about the EC priorities and policies.
The EC's presence at NEXUS is enriched with high level and expert representatives of the European Commission's DG GROW, DG DEFIS, DG CNECT. The European Commissioner for Financial Services and the Savings and Investments Union, Maria Luís Albuquerque, will attend Nexus2050 as well. The EU Publications Office and the European Investment Fund are our privileged partners who will be present on our stand and represented among the speakers at the event. A group of European startups supported under the InvestEU programme will join The Hive.
